How do I register for My Account?
General registration tips
Follow our two-step guide below to breeze through the registration process.
Step 1: Register your details
- Visit My Account and click "register here"
- Enter your email
- Verify your email with multi-factor authentication – confirm the code we emailed you from msonlineservicesteam@microsoftonline.com
- Set your password (minimum of 8 characters, include one: lowercase letter, uppercase letter, number, and special character)
- Confirm your full name.
Step 2: Verify your identity
- Enter your Ergon Energy Retail account number (you can find this in the Account Details section on the front of your bill). The account number should start with an A- and then have a mixture of uppercase letters and numbers e.g. A-123A1234. Ensure you have no spaces before, within or after the account number
- Enter your last name (as shown on your bill)
- Enter your date of birth (dd/mm/yyyy)
- Once verified, you’ll be able to access your My Account dashboard!
